Hi! I’m the brain behind Nudge & Co.—a collection of emotionally intelligent, mildly chaotic, neurodivergent-coded stickers for overthinkers, tech romantics, and healing humans.

I’m an OCD/ADHD engineer, a stroke survivor, and someone who’s spent a lot of time learning how to sit with discomfort, question compulsions, and find joy in the weirdest, tiniest things—like a spiral in a thought bubble or a floppy disk that says you’re doing great.
These stickers are my love letters to dopamine, delayed texts, deep feelings, and brains that never shut up. Whether you’re in therapy, in a spiral, or just trying to feel understood—there’s a sticker for you here.
